SOAR To The Top
Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SOAR To The Top ("SOAR," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our funding-readiness pages, request a Funding Gap Snapshot, communicate with us, or later purchase a separate service.
1. Information we collect
We may collect information that you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, business name, funding goal, time in business, monthly revenue range, intended use of funds, estimated personal credit-score range, estimated revolving utilization, document-readiness status, consent selections, and communications with us.
Our website and service providers may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, page interactions, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and delivery or engagement data for email and text communications.
2. Information we intentionally do not request in the Quick Check
The Quick Check is not a credit application or payment form. We do not ask you to enter a Social Security number, date of birth, bank credentials, full bank-account number, or payment-card information in that form. If you later purchase a service, payment information is submitted directly to the applicable third-party payment processor and is governed by that provider's privacy and security practices.
3. How we use information
We may use information to provide the requested Quick Check and Funding Gap Snapshot; calculate and display a preliminary readiness band; create or update a contact record; communicate about your request; provide services you later purchase; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our systems; keep consent and opt-out records; prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations.
SOAR's 680 readiness gate is an internal, preliminary screening criterion based on your self-reported range. It is not a lender's underwriting decision, a credit approval, or a promise that financing is available.
4. Email and text communications
We may send service communications needed to deliver information you requested. Where your consent or another lawful basis is required, we use email or text for related marketing communications only as permitted. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing a service. Message and data rates may apply.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email through the link in the message. You may reply STOP to a text or use another reasonable method that clearly communicates your request to stop. We may send a one-time nonmarketing confirmation of an opt-out. Opting out of marketing does not prevent communications necessary to complete an existing transaction or respond to your request.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that support our website, customer relationship management, workflow automation, hosting, analytics, email, text messaging, payment processing, security, professional services, or customer support. These providers may include HighLevel/LeadConnector and, for a later purchase, Commas or another disclosed payment provider.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. If a future advertising or data practice constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" under an applicable privacy law, we will provide any notice and choice required by that law.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our pages and service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the page, remember settings, measure performance, protect against misuse, and understand communication engagement. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although some functions may not operate correctly afterward.
7. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including service delivery, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request."
9. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults acting for themselves or a business. They are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Quick Check.
10. Third-party sites and services
Our pages may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy. Review those policies before providing information to them.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our services or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional notice when appropriate.
